The staff treated my husband with respect, dignity, and like family. The physical therapists were exceptional! I visited him every day! I recommend if at all possible, don't just put your loved ones anywhere and not visit them because it makes a difference.

The Director of nursing (Jessica) provided my family spot on information regarding our love one care and condition. The facility is clean and odor free.

She treated my uncle with such dedication and empathy. I have no words to express my gratitude for all the love and affection her gave him during his short stay.

My 89 yo father was in this rehabilitation center for 7 weeks. The staff was so kind and caring to my dad. Their concern for his recovery and rehabilitation was very genuine. We received a warm welcome from Lori and Anitra, who helped us get him in. Then, Kieona provided us direction and what we could expect throughout his stay until the last day he left (very helpful!). there. Isaac and the rest of the PT team were very patient and incredible!

My mother has been in Ridgecrest Healthcare for over a year now and has several roommates along the way. Most were good. The most recent roommate was a bit less so. My family made a request to have Mom move and our request was moving quite slow. I reached out to Lori in admissions and explained how critical our request was and why it was urgent.

I would rather be home, but I need the care they give me daily and this id my home now. The staff takes care of me and every resident very well and makes us feel like family. So, if they can take care of this old cantankerous grumpy man this good, they can definitely take care of anyone!
